The Generalitat Valenciana grants the company Servytronix, S.L. the Equality Plan. “Fent Empresa. Equals in Opportunities” One of our slogans is “in the race for quality there is no finish line”, a phrase that broadly defines the vision of our company and our objective, which is to offer the highest quality service to our clientele, in an area as crucial as ensuring that the medical, technical, and research equipment used daily by professionals from various fields operates with the highest precision. Similarly, through the implementation of this, our I Equality Plan for Women and Men 2018-2021, we aim for our company and workplace to meet the highest expectations, not only in terms of quality but also in terms of well-being, respect, and tolerance, which necessarily includes managing the workforce with equal opportunities. It is well known that the field of our company’s activity, the technical field, has traditionally been dominated by the male sector. Likewise, our sector suffers from the scientific and technological gender gap, whereby traditionally there have been and are fewer girls pursuing technical studies, with the consequent gap this can create in the labor market. But not only this, a masculinized vision of these work areas, as well as penalties on women’s employability linked to maternity or childcare leave, sometimes lower salaries for women, and the lower number of women in positions of responsibility, mean that we still have to talk abouta race for equality.
